1. Product Inspection at Delivery:

  • When your order is delivered, please inspect the product in front of the delivery agent.
  • If you find any issues with the product or if it is not to your liking, you can return it immediately to the delivery agent, and you will only need to pay the return delivery charge.

2. No Refunds:

  • Please note that refunds are not possible under any circumstances.
  • Once the product is delivered and accepted, no refunds will be issued.

3. Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or style within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with tags attached to qualify for an exchange.
  • You can only exchange the product once. If you wish to exchange it for a different product, you’ll need to follow the same procedure again.

4. How to Request an Exchange:

  • To request an exchange, please call our helpline 01633-330222 or send us a message on our Facebook page Glaze within 3 days of receiving the product to initiate an exchange.
  • You will be responsible for the delivery charges related to the exchange.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
